This article by Forbes came out at the end of last year and it caught my attention as even with COVID-19, it highlighted that the economics of getting customers through the door are cyclical. As we move through 2021, the affects of COVID-19 will reduce and any business that understands how to interact with their customer will recover quicker as growing customer confidence will result in these customers getting back to their early 2020 activity level. Two specific sections in the article hit this for me: “Cultivate Human Connection” and “Create a Community” with your customers. In my opinion if you get it right “They will become raving fans!”
